SERVICES PORTAL

Service requests can be originated by a customer, vendor or member. Any associated documents can be exchanged between the customer / vendor / member and the support staff. Service requests are equitably distributed among the support staff of the organization. Insurance claims and Helpdesk service are typical services that can be handled at the Services Portal. Services also include sale of products and services to customers / members; these products and services need not necessarily be defined in the Inventory Management System


RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

A Relationship Management process is a dialog with a customer, vendor or member, initiated by a Relationship Manager of the organization. Any associated documents can be exchanged between the Relationship Manager and the customer /  vendor / member. End-to-end Purchase Order processing is a typical use case of Relationship Management.


NOTICE BOARD

This is an electronic notice board accessible by employees, customers, vendors, or members. A notification can have attached documents, which can be downloaded by the employees / customers / vendors / members.


BUY PRODUCTS

This process is for purchase of products whose selling price is predefined in the Inventory Management System. In this process, the purchaser is automatically debited. Furthermore, recording of withdrawal from inventory is automated.


BUY SERVICES

This process is for purchase of services whose selling price is predefined in the Inventory Management System. In this process, the purchaser is automatically debited.
